1. Wash your hands first

2. Wait is all you need to do
The next thing you need to do is to wait for your skin to come back to normal condition. Workouts enhance metabolism that makes the sebaceous glands secrete more oil. Applying anything to the skin at this moment is going to block the skin pores.

3. Go and take a shower
