1. Customers are not charged GST on services.

2. Debit cards, Credit cards, Online transfers, GPay and Paytm can all be used to make payments in favour of M/s Sakhiya Skin Clinic Limited.

3. Services are only provided to the extent that payment has been made for the package.

4. The consultation is valid for 15 days.

5. Prior to their stated expiration dates on the document, all credit notes and gift vouchers must be completely utilized.

6. Without providing any notice or explanation, Sakhiya Skin Clinic maintains the right to change any terms and conditions at any moment.

7. If any dispute takes place, it shall be resolved by Surat Jurisdiction.

8. You give us permission to contact you via phone, email, or SMS if you use the website or fill out the inquiry form at sakhiyaskinclinic.com or one of our promotional landing pages. We might call you to set up appointments, offer you our services for the course of treatment you've chosen, and send you information about special deals we have going on at our clinics. Moreover, even if you have registered for the DND, DNC, or NCPR services, you still give us permission to call or send you an SMS for the aforementioned uses.
