Can augmentation treat sagging breasts?

Breast implants can correct sagging breasts, but additional surgery may be needed. A breast lift (mastopexy) is often required for significant sagging, resulting in scars around the nipple-areola. Without this procedure, implants may not effectively correct the sagging.
